Renegade Row

Clean & Press
SnatchCycle 1 = 30secs on each
1min rest
Cycle 2 = 1min
2min rest
Cycle 3 = 30secs
1min rest

Endurance

100 x Seated Row @ 80kg
100 x Box Jumps
100 x Bench Press @ 80kg
100 x Kettlebell Snatch @ 24kg

Wednesday Workout


100 x Biceps DB Hammer Curls @ 20kg
100 x Kettlebell Snatch @ 24kg
100 x Hanging Leg Raise
100 x Goblet Squats @ 20kg 200m Row + 20 pushups every 2mins for 20mins.
