pm –

  • 4 x 10 Shoulder Press @ 70kg + 10 x Box Jumps
  • 4 x 10 Hang Clean @ 70kg + 10 x Side Box Jumps
  • 4 x 6 Clean & Press @ 85kg + 10 x Single Leg Box Jumps
